For Trackwest due to our existing flexibility it is largely business as usual. Our employees that have the ability to work from home will do so.
Our sites will remain open, closely monitored to guarantee every safety procedure is in place at all times.

This document is the Environmental and Management System Manual of Trackwest Ltd and for the purpose of this manual will be referred to as Trackwest Ltd.
The Company is committed to protecting the environment of the Earth.
To minimize environmental impacts concerning our activities, products and services, we shall:-
- Comply with applicable legal requirements and other requirements to which the Company subscribes which relate to its environmental aspects.
- Prevent pollution, reduce waste and minimise the consumption of resources.
- Educate, train and motivate employees to carry out tasks in an environmentally responsible manner.
- Encourage environmental protection among suppliers and subcontractors.
The Company is committed to continual improvement of environmental performance. This Policy will be communicated to all staff, contractors and suppliers, and be available for the public.
Our aim is to ensure that all individuals are treated fairly, responsibly and equitably in all aspects of employment and the delivery of our services. We will recognise, respect and value difference and diversity.
Decisions about employment and service delivery will be based solely on factors that can be justified both legally and ethically. Those decisions will be made irrespective of matters such as sex, race, age, disability, background, sexuality or any other irrelevant considerations.
We will meet all relevant laws, regulations and codes of practice in our operations and wherever possible conform to best practice as an employer and as a service provider.

In order to help achieve this objective it is the policy of this company to establish, implement and operate a Quality Management System that complies with the requirements of ISO9001: 2015.
Continual Quality Improvement requires the co-operation and implementation by all personnel to work in a systematic manner with knowledge of the processes and procedures designed within the IMS. The system has been developed to encourage a level of performance which meets the expected standards of the company but where discrepancies are identified and arise the necessary measures can be implemented to ensure the issue is both communicated and the corrective action taken to prevent re-occurrence.
Success in achieving our business objectives is dependant on the co-operation and performance of all our staff and their collective responsibility. Plans for defining and meeting these objectives will be formulated and implemented.
Trackwest Ltd aim is to ensure that our suppliers and subcontractor meet appropriate minimum ethical and social standards. The ESP is designed to ensure that the company buys its products from suppliers that can demonstrate awareness and adherence to relevant and appropriate social and ethical standards, the company will also seek to ensure that its suppliers are aware of the impact of their operations on the environment and will encourage its suppliers to monitor any such impacts with a view to adopting minimisation measures.
The company will take reasonable and practical steps to monitor supplier activity in order to ensure that standards, which could impact adversely upon the local or global environment, are not compromised.
Basic human rights
This ESP is based on the internationally recognised Social Accountability 8000 (SA 8000) criteria. SA8000 is an auditable certification standard based on the UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights, Convention on the Rights of the Child and various International Labour Organization (ILO) conventions.
The company ESP covers the following areas of accountability:
- Child labour: No workers under the age of 15.
- Forced labour: No forced labour, including prison or debt bondage labour; no lodging of deposits or identity papers by employers or outside recruiters.
- Health and Safety: Provide a safe and healthy work environment; take steps to prevent injuries; regular health and safety worker training; system to detect threats to health and safety; access to bathrooms and drinking water.
- Freedom of Association and Right to Collective Bargaining: Respect the right to form and join trade unions and bargain collectively
- Discrimination: No discrimination based on race, caste, origin, religion, disability, gender, sexual orientation, union or political affiliation, or age; no sexual harassment.
- Discipline: No corporal punishment, mental or physical coercion or verbal abuse
- Compensation: Wages paid for a standard work week must meet the legal and industry standards and be sufficient to meet the basic need of workers and their families
All of our suppliers must, in all activities, obey national and regional statutory requirements in the countries in which they are operating. Should any of the requirements stated in this document be in violation of the law in any country or territory, the local law should always take precedence.
Audit of the approved company suppliers will be carried out annually, the approved supplier database will be monitored and reviewed annually.
